| Start a School-based Chess Club |

To start a chess club in your school you will need to have a dedicated volunteer to be the coach. You will need the permission of the
principal to hold the meets before or after school hours. Then contact our Club Representative, Meria Bowen, at 984-3063 to receive
advice and start up sets. Please remember the startup sets are for first time clubs. If you are restarting a club we will still be
happy to help you initiate it.
